A 2021 national tour will continue as planned. Producers are also considering a move to another Broadway venue once shows resume, though no plans are in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final Broadway cast included Tony nominee&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/alex-brightman-vault-0000032901\">Alex Brightman<\/a>&nbsp;as the title bio-exorcist, with Presley Ryan as Lydia Deetz,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/david-josefsberg-vault-0000038168\">David Josefsberg<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/kerry-butler-vault-0000010244\">Kerry Butler<\/a>&nbsp;as Adam and Barbara Maitland, Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/adam-dannheisser-vault-0000032064\">Adam Dannheisser<\/a>&nbsp;as Delia and Charles Deetz, Danny Rutigliano and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/jill-abramovitz-vault-0000087916\">Jill Abramovitz<\/a>&nbsp;as Maxie and Maxine Dean, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/kelvin-moon-loh-vault-0000125473\">Kelvin Moon Loh<\/a>&nbsp;as Otho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The musical adaptation of Tim Burton\u2019s \u201980s film, written by composer Eddie Perfect and book writers Scott Brown and Anthony King, opened April 25, 2019.&nbsp;<em>Beetlejuice<\/em>&nbsp;earned eight Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical and nods for Perfect, Brown and King, Brightman, and director&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/alex-timbers-vault-0000018224\">Alex Timbers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The production featured choreography by Connor Gallagher, music supervision and orchestrations by Kris Kukul, sets by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/david-korins-vault-0000021253\">David Korins<\/a>, costumes by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/william-ivey-long-vault-0000030209\">William Ivey Long<\/a>, lighting design by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/kenneth-posner-vault-0000022360\">Kenneth Posner<\/a>, and sound design by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/peter-hylenski-vault-0000023019\">Peter Hylenski<\/a>.
