My Trip to Costa Rica
My family traveled to Costa Rica in summer of 2018 for a 10 day tour of the country. My family and I had the amazing opportunity to explore different parts of this country and all of the beauty it has to offer. From the cities to the wildlife, Costa Rica has thousands of beautiful sights and activities to partake in!
Throughout our trip, my family traveled to various parts of the country. First we explored Costa Rica's capital and then we traveled to more rural areas to visit coffee plantations. It was so cool to see how coffee is made! We then travelled to various cities to visit wildlife centers. At these various locations, we were able to get a close look at various animals that are native to the country. We also went to the Arenal Volcano, a famous landmard in Costa Rica. At the volcano, we swam and relaxed in hot springs heated by the volcano! As we moved from place to place, we stayed in different hotels that were absolutely amazing. My favorite was a hotel that sat on the edge of the rainforest. We could see monkeys from the outside balcony of our hotel, which was super cool!
My favorite part of my Costa Rica trip was definitely when we walked through the rainforest. We hiked through the beautiful wildlife of Costa Rica and had the opportunity to cross many suspension bridges that were over 100 feet off the ground! I will never forget my trip to Costa Rica. All of the nature and culture of this country is mezmerizing, and I can't wait to go back!
